Tim and Pam Gerdes are passionate about helping people become who God created them to be, one step at a time. With decades of ministry experience and a heart for the local church, they partner with pastors and leaders to cultivate environments where people can experience spiritual renewal, relational healing, and authentic connection.

Tim is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene with over 30 years of ministry experience. He has served as both a lead pastor and youth pastor and currently ministers as a registered evangelist. Tim brings a depth of biblical teaching, leadership insight, and a genuine passion for equipping the Church.

Pam has served as a children’s pastor, district children’s director, and in women’s ministries, bringing a deep passion for helping people grow in both faith and relationships. She is also a licensed mental health therapist. Her ability to connect, communicate, and bring practical tools for healthy relationships is a key part of their ministry.

Together, Tim and Pam serve as co-evangelists, offering intergenerational spiritual renewal services, Christ-centered relationship seminars, interactive gospel outreach, and compassionate pastoral support. Their ministry is marked by authenticity, warmth, and practical application, equipping individuals and churches to grow deeper in their relationship with God and stronger in their connections with others.

They have been married for 34 years and are blessed with six children and four grandchildren. Their two youngest daughters, Elaina and Yadi, travel with them and are an integral part of their ministry. Together, they draw from a lifelong journey of faith, family, and ministry in all they do.
